In July 2010, I was experiencing medical issues. My unbalanced relationship with food was wreaking havoc on my metabolism and overall health. I was suffering from insomnia, cravings, mood swings, binges, exhaustion, and weight gain. It was during this time that I learned about Robert Ferguson and his Diet Free Life Methodology which improves overall health while losing weight, eating foods you love and burning fat in the process.
I admit that after trying numerous diet programs I was a bit skeptical, but after applying the Diet Free Life methodology to my life and seeing the results, I realized that I found the answer I was looking for. During the course of my journey, I have discovered that I no longer have to diet and can still enjoy the foods I love.
